Werkgevers popelen om, geruggesteund door Europa, het Duitse systeem ook in Vlaanderen in te voeren. Maar is dit systeem van &#8220;duale Ausbildung&#8221; wel zo makkelijk implementeerbaar als men doet uitschijnen? En is het systeem in Duitsland effectief een succesverhaal?
